CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that due to the booking requirements we commit to on your behalf, the cancellation policy is in place to honor those commitments to the businesses we are supporting at our destination.

All fees are nonrefundable. In the event of Participant cancellation, no refunds will be issued for installments paid. The entire Retreat/Event fee must be paid in full before the departure date. We require all participants to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances, including medical emergencies and travel disruptions.

    • Sign-ups by June 8, 2024 are charged either in two or three non-refundable installments every 30 days.
    • Sign-ups between June 9, 2024, and August 8, 2024, are charged two non-refundable installments every 30 days.
    • Sign-ups after August 8, 2024, until the retreat start date of September 22, 2024, must be paid in full. It is a non-refundable full payment.
    • Replacement Policy: If an Organizer-approved replacement is found to attend, the original Participant may receive a refund of monies paid, minus a $200 processing fee. A replacement refund is not guaranteed.
