Global Founder's Retreat Egypt 2024

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that due to limited spaces in the Global Founder’s Retreat Egypt 2024 for a small number of attendees, the Cancellation Policy is in place to provide sufficient time for waitlist guests to make accommodations.

  • The first 20% paid constitutes a non-refundable hold deposit.
  • Cancellations 120 days before the start date of the retreat are fully refundable up to the amount paid, minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations between 119 and 30 days before the start date of the retreat are refundable up to 50%, minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.
  • No refunds can be given within 29 days before the start date of the retreat.
  • Cancellations between 119 and 5 days before the start date of the retreat are eligible for a “replacement refund”. If an Elanoura-approved replacement is found to attend, the original participant may receive a refund of monies paid, minus the 20% non-refundable deposit and a $200 processing fee. A replacement refund is not guaranteed.

PAYMENT PLANS

We offer payment plans to assist with the cost of the experience. This includes credit card payments automatically processed by a third-party (Stripe) every 30 days. We do not share or hold your credit card information on file.

  • Sign-ups before September 14, 2023 are charged the 20% non-refundable deposit, then four installments of 20% every 30 days.
  • Sign-ups between September 15, 2023 and December 7, 2023, are charged the 20% non-refundable deposit, then two installments of 40% every 30 days.
  • Sign-ups between December 8, 2023 and January 7, 2024, are charged two installments of 50% every 30 days. 20% of the initial 50% payment constitutes the non-refundable deposit.
  • Sign-ups after January 8, 2024 until the retreat start date of March 7, 2024 must be paid in full.
  • If an automatic credit card payment is declined, the guest will be notified via email and phone that the missed installment must be paid within 5 days of notification. Failure to complete the missed installment payment will result in the forfeiture of the guest’s spot and deposit, and is subject to the Cancellation Policy according to the date of forfeiture.
