Our 2023 Spain retreat will be focused on founder well-being – how we nourish and optimize our bodies, hearts, minds and souls in order to create what we want for ourselves in our lives and businesses
Stay at the 5-star Fontsanta Thermal Spa & Wellness Hotel with natural hot springs, a thermal spa, massage treatment, food designed for well-being, yoga, and meditation.
Additionally, we will loosen up in lighthearted fun and learning through a Spanish cooking class and a Flamenco dance lesson.
The itinerary is rounded out with founder workshops and group discussions, and a volunteer activity with a local nonprofit.
For six days and five nights, unplug from the daily grind and join us in resetting, recharging, recentering, and reinvigorating yourself to take on the next steps in your founder journey toward your impact legacy.

In the true spirit of #elevatingwomenglobally, we are thrilled and honored to be partnering with Fundació IRES to provide local women and families in vulnerable situations with the tools to transform their experiences into opportunities for change to build better futures. The Global Founder's Retreat Spain 2023 cohort will be leading a volunteer activity and donating 10% of retreat fees to Fundació IRES' impact efforts throughout Catalonia and the Balearic Islands.

Our Impact
Included in our adventure is the opportunity to volunteer as a group with a local nonprofit. Additionally, 10% of retreat sales are donated to our nonprofit partners.

Our kickoff Global Founder's Retreat Morocco 2022 brought together a highly curated group of women founders of all ages and from various industries to Peacock Pavilions and non-profit Project Soar, and included professional development workshops, cultural outings, social connection, R&R and a healthy dose of fun.
