Cancellation Policy

Please note that due to limited spaces in the Global Founder’s Retreat Spain 2023 for a small number of attendees, the cancellation policy is in place to provide sufficient time for waitlist guests to make accommodations.

• HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Upon approval, hold deposits (minus $100 USD re-listing fee) are transferable to another guest found and assigned by original guest.
• Cancellations within 60 days before the start date of the retreat will be charged at 50% of the total cost of the retreat.
• Cancellations between 59 and 30 days before the start date of the retreat will be charged at 80% of the total cost of the retreat.
• No refunds will be given within 29 days before the start date of the retreat.
• Any refunds will incur a 3% processing fee.

You are held responsible to confirm your eligibility for entry into Spain or hold a passport from a country not requiring a Visa for entry, such as a U.S. passport.

Each guest has the option to purchase travel insurance individually to cover trip cancellations and medical expenses.
