Élanoura is a collective of women business owners from 24 countries and 72 cities, and we’re bringing you together for honest conversations and real, actionable support.
Being a founder can be a lonely road. You are solely responsible for every decision, every outcome, and every step your business takes. You often have to be both visionary and integrator which can lead to feeling like your day-to-day obligations keep you hyper focused on the short term while losing sight and veering off track from your big long term goals. It can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and ultimately, not as fulfilling as you know it could be.
The good news is you don’t have to go it alone and figure it all out on your own.
The Circle Cohort Mastermind is a new opportunity to join an inner circle of high achievers to learn together, grow together, and champion one another.
The 12-week cohort will combine both strategy sessions to move your business forward with implementation sessions to provide you with the instrumental knowledge and support that will radically transform your business and life in ways you are missing on your own.

Erika Brechtel
Erika Brechtel is the founder of Élanoura and a brand builder for women leaders creating positive change through business for over 20 years. Featured on Forbes, Thrive Global, Popsugar, and SELF magazine, Erika has worked with over 400 women-led brands and has been called upon to speak at women’s events for UCLA, Fabletics, Bumble Bizz and Junior League. As a social entrepreneur, Erika is committed to enlightening, engaging, and empowering women founders through opportunities to make their mark and make it matter.
Circle Cohorts Mastermind FAQs
Our SS24 Circle Cohort will start in late April 2024 and run for 12 weeks. This includes strategy information sessions, group hangout Q&A calls or accountability partner calls, and a one-on-one private session with Erika Brechtel integrated within.
Live sessions will be held once a week between 9am to 5pm Pacific Time for 60-90 minutes. As we will have founders from various areas of the world, exact day and time will be decided upon as is best to support the group.
Beyond the 60-90 minutes, there will be minimal homework such as a worksheet or video each week so that we can come prepared and utilize our time together most effectively.
We expect not everyone will be able to attend every session with work, family, and other commitments in life. All sessions will be recorded and accessible to the group for one year following the close of the program. There will be a portal for the group to access all recordings, worksheets, videos, and resources for each week.
We don’t recommend it and here’s why: This curriculum has been designed to be sequential; jumping in at a later date would not provide the optimal outcomes, and it would be disruptive to the group.
Yes! You can pay for this program in three installments on a monthly basis.
Yes! As a global community, we understand that USD pricing can be prohibitive for founders in other parts of the world. Please fill out the application form to be considered for a spot. Scholarship applications and awards are kept confidential.
